Eleanore has over 23 years of experience conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs). She has expertise in all aspects of ASTM E1527 Phase I ESA research activities and report preparation, including aerial photograph analysis, historical research, interviews, and regulatory agency file review. She is proficient in identifying potential environmental concerns. Since 2002, she has conducted or supported hundreds of Phase I ESAs for a wide variety of properties, including undeveloped land, watersheds, developed urban properties, residential properties, commercial developments, and complex industrial properties in the western U.S. Her clients have included private companies, housing authorities, Native American tribal entities, state and local agencies, land conservancy organizations, and major utility companies.
